1.French cuisine :    

Among French cuisine the ‘crème de la crème’ is most well-known food. It has been derived from middle aged food that would be used in the rich banquets to the French Revolution. At present it is called ‘haute cuisine’ and it is very popular like arts. Besides Good pastries, Cheese, bread and wine have also been derived from the French cuisine.


2.Italian Cuisine : 

              Italian culinary art is positively ancient with roots extending back to the 4th century BC. It evolved via the discovery of the New World which brought potatoes, love apples, pepper and corn on the list of factors. An Italian meal is structured into various sections: antipasto (the starter), primo (pasta or rice dish), secondo (main course) and Dolce (sweet). Italy is too celebrated for over 400 varieties of cheese, including the famous Parmigianino Reggiano, and 300 types of sausage.

3.Indian culinary art : 

              Lamentably, just one portion of the Indian cuisine is known to the macrocosm. The Indian food served in restaurants worldwide is North Indian, also known as Mughlai or Punjabi. In that respect are three other categories of Indian culinary art which don’t receive much airtime: South, East and West. The nutrients are largely vegetarian, but many include lamb, goat, chicken and fish. Indian culinary art is usually very spicy, so boring and steady is the figure of the game if you’re not used to fiery food.

                    What’s not to love about food? We can understand why it’s rapidly getting a worldwide movement. White rice and soybeans are the basics of most Japanese dishes. 7.Catalan and Spanish cuisine :

               Paella, tapas, carrots and fried spuds are merely a few of the tasty treats dished up by the food-loving Spaniards. Yum, yum, yum, yum and yum. Let’s simply disregard the fact that Spanish cooking uses the most oil among all Western and Central European cuisines. Oh good, at least it’s olive oil, which is just for the old heart. If you’re expecting for something to rinse down your Spanish feast with, Sangria is the reply (a beverage made of cherry wine, fruits and a splash of brandy).


8.Chinese culinary art :

                 Did you experience that Chinese cuisine is consumed by a third of the world’s population every day? Here’s another piece of trivia for you – most Chinese food is prepared in bite-sized pieces because knives and pitchforks as weapons. Normally, every person at the table is passed on a roll of rice while the other dishes are portioned out by one and wholly. Peking Duck, anyone?


9.Greek cuisine has humble roots  :

              Olive oil, vegetables, feta and herbs like marjoram, mint and rosemary are all the rage in Greek cooking. Significant influence from the Turkish and Italian culinary art can be visited in popular dishes like Moussaka, Tzatziki and Spanakopita (spinach pie). Eating in Greece is a different experience from Greek restaurants in other states – ‘gyros’ for example (like a Donner Kebab) is viewed as junk food by Greeks.


10.Excellent Lebanese cuisine and ambience :

                Lebanese cuisine dishes up all the goodness the Meddilest has to provide. Nutrients are generally Mediterranean, high on vegetables, low on meat and full of spirits. We can’t make enough of the mezze – a selection of dips, pickles, salads and nibbles with Arabic bread.
